How it works:
- Prior to the event, we will work with you to understand any challenges your business is facing and determine how we can help.
- We then develop a program, kit and thoughtful questions to promote engagement.
- We pick an Artist who would complement your needs.
- Your representative will pick between a few different things to build.
- Kits are mailed directly to participants (the label on the package says: “From [Client Name] do not open, until date and time [of the event.]”)
- When the event begins and your Artist gives the go-ahead, everyone opens their packages. They are greeted with a surprise.
- Our Artist will create a fun and safe environment. An environment where people are smiling and having a great time.
- At some point, our Artist will split everyone into small groups, where people will answer questions and build things at the same time (because physical + mental really relaxes people). The questions will be based on the topic and theme we discussed prior to the event.
- Everyone comes back together and one person from each group will share something special that happened.
- Everyone logs off and keeps their new LEGO® build and the memories they create together as a team!
Why do we use LEGO® products?
- Because LEGO’s system of play encourages the right and left brain thinking. It is both analytical and creative at the same time. Studies have shown that LEGO® bricks and elements use both parts of the brain to problem solve and to use your imagination.
- Building with LEGO® bricks and elements gives you the ability to use muscle memory which taps into your body’s intuitive system.
- It allows everyone a chance to speak and provide input. We know you are aware of the 20% of your team who speak up at meetings and do 80% of the talking. Building with LEGO® bricks and elements gives everyone on your team the opportunity to speak as everyone will have a chance to share what they built.

Patty Sherin led an after-school Intro to LEGO® class and came well prepared with her LEGO® kits, free play LEGO® bricks and lesson plans.
